Restaurant with Sea Views in Ljungskile

Welcome to the restaurant at Ljungskile Hotel & Conference – a restaurant with beautiful views over Ljungskile Bay, located in the charming West Coast house at Ljungskile Folk High School. Here you can enjoy delicious food in a calm, nature-close setting, with both the dining room and terrace offering views of the water.

We serve a generous lunch buffet Monday to Friday, where you can choose each day between a variety of hot and cold dishes, including meat, fish, and vegetarian options. On Fridays, dessert is included in the lunch price – the perfect way to end the week.

In the evenings and on weekends we welcome conferences, groups, and events, and are happy to tailor arrangements to suit your needs.

Wallenbergare (veal patties) with mashed potatoes, browned butter & lingonberries

Sweet potato falafel with cucumber-dill yogurt & roasted potatoes
Classic and cream-style *pyttipanna* (hash) with traditional accompaniments
House fish stew with garlic bread & aioli

Wednesday

Fried rice with plant-based mince, egg, scallions & chili cream
Porchetta with potato gratin & red wine jus
Salmon fillet with salad cheese, sun-dried tomato & cucumber-dill tzatziki

Thursday

Pea soup / Green soup of the day / Toppings / Pancake buffet
*Sjömansbiff* (beef & potato stew) with horseradish cream & pickled cucumber

Friday

Vegetarian meatballs in cream sauce with mashed potatoes, pickled cucumber & lingonberries
Creole stew with pork, chorizo ​​& crushed potatoes
Cusk with bacon, mushrooms, red wine jus & leek potatoes
